Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime. If you switch from monthly to annual, you'll be credited for any unused time on your current billing cycle.

After 60 days, your account enters a soft-blocked state. You can still view all your existing data, but you won't be able to create or update records until you subscribe. No data is deleted.

Both plans include up to 3 hostels. If you need more, each additional hostel costs ₹100/month or ₹1,200/year. You can add or remove additional hostels anytime from your billing settings.

None at all. All prices shown are GST-inclusive. What you see is what you pay. There are no setup fees, no per-occupant charges, no per-warden fees, and no transaction fees on rent collection.

Yes, there's no lock-in contract. You can cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
